And then today at work my co-worker introduced me to this website called Sharecare and I took the real age test. So you sign up for this website and it sends you health related information and you can tell them what kind of information to send you. And in the future I will be sharing some of the stuff that they share with me. But also with the website they have this realage test that you take. And they determine your age based on your current health, feelings, diet, and fitness. And it's real interesting to see your results. Mine said that based on the information I gave them my real age is 24 (I'm actually 27) so that was fun to hear. So go check it out!
So running this week I have decided to focus on my endurance. I have been having a hard time really being able to push my endurance. After my injury in Ragnar a few years ago, my endurance has been having troubles. So that's something I've decided to focus on and then I'll worry about speed later. So I've decided to go on the treadmill for 55 minutes at a 5.0 speed with 2, 5 minute breaks if needed and I've actually enjoyed it a lot. I haven't been enjoying running as much as I used to because I have been worrying too much about speed. But I'm glad I decided that I need to work on my endurance. When I first started running that's what I focused on was my endurance and now I need to go back to that to help me get to where I would like to be.
